Is it compassionate to think critically and educate/inform those within your sphere of influence? In the American Church today, most people feel as if they shouldn't think or do any kind of research because they are told not to have an opinion or "push" anything on anyone because it's not compassionate. Just maybe, we've bought into a lie regarding this topic. What if thinking critically and loving others by sharing the truth with them, specifically about current events and happenings, is indeed one of the highest forms of compassion?
Scripture: 1 John 4:1
